Revieweraser

We remove defamatory Google reviews in full legal compliance – under UK law.

We combine legal precision, discretion and clear terms – with a 90% success rate. No financial risk: you pay £249 only if the review is actually removed.

So läuft die Löschung ab

1. Forensic analysis

We examine every disputed Google review: false factual claims, defamation, missing genuine customer contact or breaches of UK GDPR.

2. Chain of legal argument

We build a case grounded in UK law (Defamation Act 2013, data protection, malicious communications) – not a template, but firm reasoning for each review.

3. Escalation to Google

Our submission does not end in an algorithm but on a legal desk. Google must review it manually – and your chances rise.

4. Removal and aftercare

After a successful removal we monitor the profile. If the same unlawful review reappears, we act again at no extra cost.

Rechtliche Grundlage

Reputation & libel — Core

We build every case on the Defamation Act 2013 – false factual statements causing serious harm (for businesses trading for profit, serious financial loss) – the strongest lever against untrue reviews.

Data protection — Amplifier

Through UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (regulator: the ICO) we press directly on Google as data controller.

Malicious & fake reviews — Lever

For competitor and fake reviews, the Malicious Communications Act 1988 and Protection from Harassment Act 1997 apply – three foundations in one argument.

Häufige Fragen – Großbritannien

On what legal basis do you act?
Primarily on the Defamation Act 2013 (libel and serious harm), UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (regulator: the ICO), and the Malicious Communications Act 1988 and Protection from Harassment Act 1997, alongside Google's own content policies. Depending on the case, we combine these foundations.
How much does the service cost exactly?
£249 per successfully removed Google review (excl. VAT) – and only when the review has actually been removed. The initial assessment is free and without obligation. If nothing is removed, you pay nothing.
Can legitimate critical reviews also be removed?
No. True statements and honest opinion are protected by law. We act only where the line is crossed: false factual claims, defamation, fake reviews with no genuine customer contact, or breaches of data protection.
How long does a removal take?
Usually 2 to 5 working days after the engagement. In more complex cases the review can take up to 4 weeks. We keep you informed at every step.
How discreet is the process?
Entirely confidential. We handle your data to the strictest European standards (UK GDPR / ICO). Neither the review's author nor any third party learns that you have engaged us.
What if the review reappears?
If the same unlawful review reappears, we act again at no extra cost – towards Google and, if necessary, towards the author.
Who is the service for?
For UK SMEs, practices, offices, hospitality, tradespeople, hotels and service providers of every size – wherever unjustified Google reviews threaten reputation and revenue.
