What exactly does the service cost?
€ 179 per successfully removed Google review (VAT excluded) – and only once the review has actually been removed. The initial assessment is free and without obligation. If nothing is removed, you pay nothing.
Can legitimate critical reviews also be removed?
No. Truthful facts and lawful opinions are protected by law. We only step in where the limits are crossed: false statements, insults, fake reviews with no genuine customer relationship or data-protection breaches.
How long does removal take?
Usually 2 to 5 business days after engagement. In more complex cases the review can take up to 4 weeks. We keep you informed at every step.
