How much does the service cost exactly?
€ 299 per successfully removed Google review (VAT not included) – and only once the review has actually been removed. The initial assessment is free and without obligation. If nothing is removed, you pay nothing.
Can legitimate critical reviews also be removed?
No. Truthful facts and lawful opinions are protected by law. We only step in where the line is crossed: false statements, defamation, fake reviews with no genuine customer contact, or data protection breaches.
How long does removal take?
Usually 2 to 5 working days after the engagement. In more complex cases the review can extend to up to 4 weeks. We keep you informed at every step.
