So läuft die Löschung ab

1. Forensic analysis

We examine every disputed Google review for violations: false factual claims, defamatory statements, missing customer contact or breaches of your data rights.

2. Legal line of argument

We build a dossier grounded individually in Kenyan law (defamation, the Cybercrimes Act, the Data Protection Act) – not a template, but a solid rationale per review.

3. Escalation to Google

Our letter does not land in the algorithm but with the legal team. Google must review manually – your chances of success rise.

4. Removal & aftercare

After successful removal we monitor the profile. If the same unlawful review reappears, we act again at no extra cost.

Rechtliche Grundlage

Defamation Act (Cap 36) — The core

We base every case on the Defamation Act (Cap 36) and the common-law tort of defamation – false factual statements that lower a business in the eyes of reasonable people. The strongest lever against untrue reviews.

Data Protection Act 2019 — The amplifier

Through the Data Protection Act 2019 and the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC), we put Google directly under pressure over the handling of personal data.

Cybercrimes & Consumer law — The lever

For fake and competitor reviews, we add the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act 2018 (s.23 false publication, s.27 cyber harassment) and the Consumer Protection Act 2012 – three foundations in a single argument.

Häufige Fragen – Kenia

On what legal basis do you act?
Primarily on the Defamation Act (Cap 36) and the common-law tort of defamation (false factual statements that harm a business's reputation); on data-protection law (the Data Protection Act 2019, overseen by the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner, ODPC); and on the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act 2018 (s.23 publication of false information, s.27 cyber harassment) together with the Consumer Protection Act 2012. Depending on the case, we combine these foundations.
What exactly does the service cost?
KSh 29,900 per successfully removed Google review (plus applicable VAT) – and only when the review has actually been removed. The initial assessment is free and non-binding. If nothing is removed, you pay nothing.
Can legitimate critical reviews be removed too?
No. Honest opinion, fair comment and true statements are protected by law. We intervene only where the limits are crossed: false factual claims, defamation, fake reviews without genuine customer contact or breaches of your data rights.
How long does removal take?
Typically 2 to 5 business days after the engagement. In more complex cases the review can extend to up to 4 weeks. You are informed at every step.
How discreet is the process?
Absolutely confidential. Your data is handled to the strictest privacy standards under the Data Protection Act 2019. Neither the review's author nor third parties learn that you engaged us.
What if the review reappears?
If the same unlawful review is published again, we act at no extra cost – towards Google and, if necessary, towards the author.
Who is the service for?
For Kenyan SMEs, clinics, firms, restaurants, trades, hotels and service providers of any size – wherever unjustified Google reviews threaten reputation and revenue.
