1. Forensic analysis

We examine each disputed Google review for grounds: false statements of fact, defamatory wording, the absence of any genuine customer contact, or breaches of privacy.

2. Legal argument

We draft submissions individually grounded in Ghanaian law (libel, the Cybersecurity Act, the Data Protection Act) – not templates, but a solid basis for each review.

3. Escalation to Google

Our submissions reach a legal team rather than an algorithm. Google is compelled to review by hand – which raises the odds of a successful removal.

4. Removal and aftercare

After a successful removal we keep monitoring the profile. Should the same unlawful review reappear, we act again at no extra cost.

Rechtliche Grundlage

Libel · Criminal Offences Act 1960 (Act 29) — The core

We ground every case in the common-law tort of libel and, where warranted, the criminal-libel provisions of the Criminal Offences Act 1960 (Act 29). It is the strongest lever against reviews that damage reputation through statements that are untrue in fact.

Cybersecurity Act 2020 · Electronic Communications Act — The lever

For fake or competitor reviews we add the Cybersecurity Act 2020 (Act 1038) and the Electronic Communications Act 2008 (Act 775), which address online abuse and false electronic communications – our answer to fake and competitor reviews.

Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) — The amplifier

Through the Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843), enforced by the Data Protection Commission, we apply direct pressure on Google over the handling of personal data – binding the three foundations into one argument.

Häufige Fragen – Ghana

What legal basis do you act on?
Primarily the common-law tort of libel and, where warranted, the Criminal Offences Act 1960 (Act 29) – for reviews that damage reputation through statements untrue in fact. We add the Cybersecurity Act 2020 (Act 1038) and the Electronic Communications Act 2008 for fake and competitor reviews, and the Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843, enforced by the Data Protection Commission) over the handling of personal data. We combine these foundations to suit each case.
What exactly does the service cost?
GH₵ 3,490 per Google review successfully removed (excl. tax) – and only when a review is actually removed. The initial review is free and without obligation. If nothing is removed, there is no charge at all.
Can you remove legitimate, critical reviews?
No. Honest opinion, fair comment and true statements are protected by law. We intervene only where the line has been crossed: false statements of fact, defamation, fake reviews with no genuine customer contact, or breaches of privacy.
How long does a removal take?
Usually 2–5 business days after we begin. More complex cases can take up to about four weeks to review. We keep you informed at every stage.
How confidential is the process?
Entirely confidential. Your data is handled to the strictest privacy standards under the Data Protection Act 2012. Neither the reviewer nor any third party learns that you instructed us.
What happens if a review reappears?
If the same unlawful review is published again, we act at no extra cost – against Google and, if necessary, against the poster.
Who is this service for?
Ghanaian small businesses, clinics, firms, restaurants, construction companies, hotels and service providers of every size – wherever an unfair Google review threatens reputation and revenue.
